01 Jul Two climaxes
Two climaxes
≡ Summer 2018 ≡
Deep inside July, two opposite concerts on two majestic stages. The end of a story and the beginning of another. The NO LAND fraternal fury and the BAUM infinite softness with Gabriel Fauré’s Melodies.
On 19 July with Brendan Perry and Bagad Cesson, we will perform on the Kerouac stage at 6.45pm, to have NO LAND vibrating one last time, in front of the human tide of Vieilles Charrues in Carhaix.
On 24 July with BAUM, we will perform on the Cour d’Honneur of the Popes’Palace at 10pm, to have ‘Ici-bas’ vibrating for the first time, our versions of Fauré’s Melodies sung by Dominique A, Jeanne Added, Camille, Elise Caron, Judith Chemla, Hugh Coltman, John Greaves, Piers Faccini, Philippe Katerine, Kyrie Kristmanson, JP Nataf, Sandra Nkaké, Himiko Paganotti, Rosemary Standley during the closing show of Festival d’Avignon.
After these two summits, some rest before a busy new season with records and live.
And if your summer trails lead you towards Cognac, stop over the Fondation Martell to plunge into the ballet of light and the noise ether of L’ombre de la Vapeur, by Adrien M and Claire B.
I wish you a lovely and nice summertime.
