01 Oct An iceberg and two bubbles #93
An iceberg and two bubbles
≡ October 2024 ≡
My October takes place just below the waterline of visible events, as they also have to be prepared. I’ll be at the same time under water and in front of multiple upcoming projects: the audio version of Daedalus for the Rennes TNB Festival, new creations for theatre, some musical scores and the cooking of concerts to come that I will soon tell you about.
From this iceberg, two bubbles will nonetheless escape at the end of the month. Two bubbles that you might catch on the surface if they bloom at the right time and the right place for you. Two bubbles with different flavors.
A soft and enveloping bubble.
On the 27th with Melaine Dalibert, we’ll perform After Us at the Festival Sustain in Lille, the new committed and civic festival of the Aéronef in Lille. The concert is for early birds but not that early, a cosmic stroll for every budget and without carbon imprint just before the Sunday welsh.
A fiery and free bubble.
On the 29th with NO&RD, we’ll be at the Maroquinerie in Paris to make drums and jazzmaster roam, to clean out our greedy lugs and to free some tracks of the upcoming album, just before Mothership, the exiciting and new modular project of the super-styled MNNQNS.
And in advance -will you wish to book your tickets- on 9 November, we’ll meet again with BAUM, probably for our final concert of Ici-bas – Les Mélodies de Fauré. It will happen at the Minotaure in Vendôme, for Rockomotives, an explode of Autumn softness with a 6-star casting: Jeanne Added, Elise Caron, Hugh Coltman, John Greaves, Kyrie Kristmanson and Piers Faccini.
Here are the bubbles to come, I’m going back to the workbench to fix others.
